FRIENDSHIP

DEFINITIONS OF FRIENDSHIP

Friendship is the comfort, the inexpressible comfort of feeling safe with a person having neither to weigh thoughts nor measure words, but pouring all right out just as they are, chaff and grain together, certain that a faithful friendly hand will take and sift them, keep what is worth keeping and, with a breath of comfort, blow the rest away.

FRIENDS

A friend is someone we turn to
when our spirits need a lift.
A friend is someone we treasure
for our friendship is a gift.
A friend is someone who fills our lives
with beauty, joy, and grace.
And makes the whole world we live in
a better and happier place.

SOME POINT ABOUT MY FRIENDS

You are friendly, kind and caring
Sensitive, loyal and understanding
Humorous, fun, secure and true
Always there... yes that's you.
Special, accepting, exciting and wise
Truthful and helpful, with honest blue eyes
Confiding, forgiving, cheerful and bright
Yes that's you... not one bit of spite.
You're one of a kind, different from others
Generous, charming, but not one that smothers
Optimistic, thoughtful, happy and game
But not just another... in the long chain.
Appreciative, warm and precious like gold
Our friendship won't tarnish or ever grow old

You'll always be there, I know that is true

IN SAD TYME YOUR TRUE WITH YOU

I'll always be here... always for you.
                                                         Standing by,
All the way.
Here to help you through your day.
Holding you up,
When you are weak,
Helping you find what it is you seek.
Catching your tears,
When you cry.
Pulling you through when the tide is high.
Just being there,
Through thick and thin,
All just to say, you are my friend.

Friends will come and friends will go,
The seasons change and it will show,
I will age and so will you,
But our friendship stays, strong and true.

FRIENDS MEMORIES

You remind me of a flower,Pretty, inside and outside.A reason why people smile everyday,A gift to all.
You remind me of chocolate,Luscious and sweet.Someone people can turn to in crisis,Loved by all.
You remind me of a teddy,Cute and huggable.Someone people feel comfortable with,Special to all.
You remind me of a balloon,Happy and bouncy.Someone people can have fun with,Enjoyed by all.
You remind me of a lot of things,But nothing can compare to the real person,A friend I can look up to,Cherished by me.

A GOLDAN CHAIN

Friendship is a Golden Chain,The links are friends so dear,And like a rare and precious jewelIt's treasured more each year...
It's clasped together firmlyWith a love that's deep and true,And it's rich with happy memoriesand fond recollections, too...
Time can't destroy its beautyFor, as long as memory lives,Years can't erase the pleasureThat the joy of friendship gives...
For friendship is a priceless giftThat can't be bought or sold,But to have an understanding friendIs worth far more than gold...
And the Golden Chain of FriendshipIs a strong and blessed tieBinding kindred hearts togetherAs the years go passing by.

A FRIEND MOST TRUE

I need to know if you’re my true friend,
will you be by my side until the end?
Can I tell you my secrets deep,
and trust them in your heart you’ll keep?
We are neither of us without our flaws,
can you accept mine as I will yours?
I’ll be a shoulder to cry on when you’re blue,
will you be there for me when I need you?
No matter how busy I will make time for you,
if you are busy will you make time for me too?
I will take your hand and comfort your tears,
will you hold me and soothe my fears?
I will give you joy and many warm smiles,
can we share that even across many miles?
I will not forget what’s important to you,
will you remember what’s important to me too?
With you my most favourite things I’ll share,
If only I know do you truly care?
If you can accept me as I do you,
then I will know you are a friend most true
.

A REAL AND SIMPLE FRIENDS

A simple friend identifies himself when he calls.
A real friend doesn't have to.
A simple friend opens a conversation with a full news bulletin on his life.
A real friend says, "What's new with you?"
A simple friend thinks the problems you whine about are recent.
A real friend says, "You've been whining about the same thing for 14 years. Get off your duff and do something about it."
A simple friend has never seen you cry.
A real friend has shoulders soggy from your tears.
A simple friend doesn't know your parents' first names.
A real friend has their phone numbers in his address book.
A simple friend brings a bottle of wine to your party.
A real friend comes early to help you cook and stays late to help you clean.
A simple friend hates it when you call after he has gone to bed.
A real friend asks you why you took so long to call.
A simple friend seeks to talk with you about your problems.
A real friend seeks to help you with your problems.
A simple friend wonders about your romantic history.
A real friend could blackmail you with it.
A simple friend, when visiting, acts like a guest.
A real friend opens your refrigerator and helps himself.
A simple friend thinks the friendship is over when you have an argument.
A real friend knows that it's not a friendship until after you've had a fight.
A simple friend expects you to always be there for them.

A real friend expects to always be there for you!

AT LAST FRIENSHIP AND FRIENDS ARE MOST PRECIOUS THING IN HUMAN BEING...THANKEW

DREAM

 SOME VEIWS ABOUT DREAMS

The dreams that you hold for your future are what you dream about at night. Theyre always at the back of your mind. Theyre what your heart desires. They keep you going. Accept reality and have a backup plan, but always follow your dreams no matter what.

The things I dream about, usually come true, could this mean anything?

  1. If you can imagine it you can create it. If you can dream it, you can become it.
  2. The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.
  3. If you don't have a dream, how are you going to make a dream come true?
  4.
  5. Hope is not a dream but a way of making dreams become reality.
  6.
  7. If a little dreaming is dangerous, the cure for it is not to dream less but to dream more, to dream all the time.
  8. A dream is your creative vision for your life in the future. You must break out of your current comfort zone and become comfortable with the unfamiliar and the unknown
  9. .
  10. If you want to make your dreams come true, the first thing you have to do is wake up.
  11. Oft morning dreams presage approaching fate, For morning dreams, as poets tell, are true.
  12.
  13. Dreams are renewable. No matter what our age or condition, there are still untapped possibilities within us and new beauty waiting to be born.
  14. Dreams are illustrations... from the book your soul is writing about you.

HAVE A NUCE DAY ENJOY ALL DREAM..

DAILY LYFE

DALIY LYFE QUOTES

Just living is not enough... one must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower.

When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, "I used everything you gave me."

I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world.  This makes it hard to plan the day.

Life is simple, it's just not easy.

A life without cause is a life without effect.

Life is not always fair.  Sometimes you get a splinter even sliding down a rainbow.

I hope life isn't a big joke, because I don't get it.

To live is so startling it leaves little time for anything else.

Life is the hyphen between matter and spirit

I say, if your knees aren't green by the end of the day, you ought to seriously re-examine your life.

As we struggle to make sense of things, life looks on in repose.

I  think I've discovered the secret of life - you just hang around until you get used to it

Life is like a blanket too short.  You pull it up and your toes rebel, you yank it down and shivers meander about your shoulder; but cheerful folks manage to draw their knees up and pass a very comfortable night

Life is like a coin.  You can spend it any way you wish, but you only spend it once

Life is like a beautiful melody, only the lyrics are messed up.

Life... is like a box of chocolates - a cheap, thoughtless, perfunctory gift that no one ever asks for, unreturnable because all you get back is another box of chocolates.  So, you're stuck with mostly undefinable whipped mint crap, mindlessly wolfed down when there's nothing else to eat while you're watching the game.  Sure, once is a while you get a peanut butter cup or an English toffee but it's gone too fast and the taste is fleeting.  In the end, you are left with nothing but broken bits filled with hardened jelly and teeth-shattering nuts, which, if you are desperate enough to eat, leaves nothing but an empty box of useless brown paper.

God pours life into death and death into life without a drop being spilled

You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of.  You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life.

Eating, loving, singing and digesting are, in truth, the four acts of the comic opera known as life, and they pass like bubbles of a bottle of champagne.  Whoever lets them break without having enjoyed them is a complete fool.

HAVE A NYCE DAY....

KEEP SMILING

SMILE

When I smile your the one who's comes to mind
When I smile its because of you
When I smile its because I am thinking of you
When I smile its because I care for you
Smile with love
Smile with Joy
Smile with care
Smile happily
Just smile because your happy
Just smile because you care
Just smile because I am there
Just smile without pain and without a tear
When I smile know love is in the air
When i smile know there's nothing to fear
When I smile you smile
When I smile just wipe the tears because ill be the first there
Smile with love
Smile with Joy
Smile with care
Smile happily
My last smile will be because of you
My last smile will only be for you
My last smile is believing in you
My last smile is taking the pain away from you
Just smile because your happy
Just smile because you care
Just smile because I am there
Just smile without pain and without a tear

YOUR SMILE

Your smile is a beautiful smile
It comes straight from your heart
Your smile shines like a beacon
The love in it tears me apart

Your smile shows in your eyes
It’s pure and joyous to see
Your smile brightens up my life
Its pure love just for me

Your smile can brighten the darkest day
Your smile can take my pain away
Your smile just turns me upside down
Your smile in which I could forever drown

You smile at me and I am bowled over
At how it changes your face
Such love and joy and happiness
Such dignity and grace

Your smile can take me through the darkest nights
Your smile makes me cope with the horrible fights
Your smile does so much you see
Your smile full of love just for me

KEEP ON SMILING

If at times you feel you want to cry.
And life seems such a trial.
Above the clouds there’s a bright blue sky
So make your tears a smile.
As you travel on life’s way
With its many ups and downs
Remember it’s quite true to say
One smile is worth a dozen frowns.
Among the worlds expensive things
A smile is very cheap
And when you give a smile away,
You get one back to keep.
Happiness comes at times to all
But sadness comes unbidden
And sometimes a few tears must fall
Among the laughter hidden.
So when friends have sadness on their face
And troubles round them piled
The world will seem a better place
And all because you smiled.

HAND CARE TIPS...

HAND CARE TIPS

Hand Care Tips

It is fact that hands reveals the age more than face do. The skin on the back of the hand is extremely thin and sensitive and there’s even a subcutaneous layer of fat to support it. Whereas the skin on the palm is thick and tough. The palm has no sebaceous glands and thus no natural lubrication, so the skin is dry and can be rough. You can face wrinkle problem on hands quite quickly, especially beautiful, long, thin and soft hands become older look early as compare to hard hands. So you need to make them young as early as possible with proper care of your hands.

DAILY CARE

Your hands are daily exposed to many external influences (sun, cold, soap, etc.). Therefore, use a hand cream every day. Always rinse your hands immediately well after you’ve worked with detergents, dry them and coat them with a nourishing hand cream.

CLAMMY HAND

Everyone has suffered from damp, sweaty hands, for example, if you’re nervous. That in itself is not so bad, because it usually disappears quickly. But if this is often the case with you, wash your hands frequently with cold water and then coat them with a neutral oil skin containing a few drops of essential oils of menthol, mint or thyme.

PROPER REST

Your hands contain a large number of small parts: muscles, joints and nerves. When you’re working intensely with your hands, for example, the computer puts a lot of press on hand. Take regular rest and relax your hands as much as possible

FEW TIPS

  • The skin on your hand is thin and delicate; therefore take special care of them.
  • Moisturize your hands at least four times a day.
  • Use your face exfoliator on your hands once a week.
  • Once a week apply your face cream on to your hands before you go to bed.
  • For dry hands after washing your hands with soap, wet them again. Pour salt on your hands and then scrub them under water. Dry hands and apply moisturizer on them.
  • For greasy hands, after washing your hands rub cornmeal on them.
  • Wear rubber gloves while working at home and in the garden.
  • Protect and prevent your hands from aging and abuse.
  • Protect your hands from the ravages of changing weather.
  • Protect your hands while working in the sun.
  • The best way to take care of your hands is to protect them on a daily basis.
NAIL CARE

Your nails form a very important part of your hands and they too need to be well taken care of. Well-kept hands, with neat, clean and healthy nails, are a pleasure to behold. On the other hand, dirty and poorly kept nails will make your hands look ugly, even though the latter are healthy and well cared for. In other words, we can say that for your hands to look beautiful, your nails need to be strong and healthy. For the purpose, you need to undertake certain steps, such as cleaning your nails on a regular basis, treating the cuticles properly and keeping the nails well moisturized. Go through the hand nail care tips given below and know more on keeping you nails well nurtured and full of healthy shine.

NAIL CARE TIPS

  • To harden soft nails, soak them in warm olive oil for about 20 minutes, on alternate days.
  • To remove stains from your nails, mix one tablespoon of lemon juice in a cup of water and soak your nails in this liquid for a few minutes. Then, wash off with warm water and apply a hand moisturizer.
  • It is not a good idea to remove the cuticles from your nails, as it will make the nail susceptible to infection. Rather, you should make use of good quality cuticle oil and gently push back the cuticles, with the help of an orangewood stick.
  • Try to stay away from acetone polish removers as much as you can and stick to the one that make use of acetate. Still, try not to use a polish remover more than once a week.
  • In case you wear nail polish, make sure to give your nails a break from time to time. In other words leave them without polish for a few days, every now and then. Otherwise, they will develop an ugly, yellow tint.
  • If you want to give a natural sheen to your nails, just like the colorless base coat, rub petroleum jelly on your nails and then buff them, with the help of a soft cloth.
  • If you have brittle nails or split or dull nails, then increasing your consumption of Organic Silica, Vitamin B (especially B5) and MSM (Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane) will surely help.
  • Never ever resort to nail biting, as it is extremely destructive for the nails as well as the cuticles. If you are in the habit of biting your nails, drop it as soon as possible.
  • Whenever you wash your hands, while bathing as well as otherwise, make sure to dry the nails properly and apply a hand cream or lotion, using it on the nails as well. This is because soap makes the nails dry and brittle.
  • The best time to file your nails is when you are already wearing a polish. This will prevent splitting or breaking of nails.
  • If you have brittle nails, it is advisable to wear a nail polish, or at least the colorless base coat, as much as you can.

SOME NAIL ART DESIGN

Do you love nail art, but find yourself unable to do the really intricate designs yourself, especially on your non-dominant hand? I've got just the technique for you...
It's simple to do, and just takes a few things you probably already have.
Supplies:
color laser prints
scissors
nail polish remover
a fluffy paintbrush
white nail polish
clear top coat
Steps:
1. Print out your designs.
These can be digital scrapbook paper, custom designs you made yourself, or clip art you've downloaded off the internet. Just make sure it's a good size to fit onto your nails. You can print a sample copy to see if the images are the size you want. Be sure if there's text that you print a mirror image, because this will be reversed once it's on your nail.
Note: You must use a laser print for this- inkjet prints won't work.
2. Paint your nails white.
Because printers don't use white ink, you'll have to start with either a white nail or a very light-colored nail. This way, your colors will be as true as possible.
3. Cut out your designs.
This is simple enough... cut out the design from the page you printed. You can leave room around it, which makes for easier cutting and for easier application.
4. Transfer the image.
Once your nail polish is totally dry, wet the back side of the print with nail polish remover using your paintbrush. Then press the paper printed side down and press firmly onto your nail. Resaturate with polish remover a few times and press down. Make sure to press the edges as well.
5. Lift off the paper.
I saturate the paper one more time with remover, then lift one edge gently and pull the paper off. This will leave the toner from the print embedded in your nail polish. There will also be some paper, but we'll remove it in a few.
6. Let your nail dry again.
This doesn't last too long, but it ensures that your transfer won't smudge when you remove the paper.
7. Remove the paper from your nail.
I like to use something a bit abrasive like a cotton ball. Wet the cotton ball, then rub the surface of the nail to remove the paper fibers that are on top of the transfer. Once the nail is smooth and as paper-free as you can make it, dry it gently.
8. Apply top coat.
Once your nail is dry again, apply a coat or two of your favorite top coat (I like Seche Vite or ProFX). Be gentle with the first coat of topcoat, because you can smear the transfer. Try to only go over each part of the nail once.

HAND MESSAGE

Every night, before bedtime, massage your hands with a cream for a few minutes.
For a rough skin, apply excessive cream and sleep with cotton gloves. Also, do hand exercise at least 5 to 6 times a day, the hand exercises can help to keep them flexible and improve circulation.

ATTRACTION BEAUTY

ATTRACTION TO BEAUTY

O Ye People Who Have Minds to Know and Ears to Hear!
Tell me: What do you know about beauty?
What does it mean to be beautiful?
.
Is it the way I dress myself, stress myself, obsess myself, invest myself
In caring what you, he, she, we, they think?
If I curl my hair, shorten my dress, paint my face, and bat my eyes,
If I act the rudest, crudest, imprudence until every eye is on me,
Then will I be beautiful? Now am I attractive?
.
O Ye People Who Have Minds to Know and Ears to Hear!
Tell me: If I cover every anomaly, hide every freckle, conceal every pimple; pluck, tweeze, wax, strip every unwanted hair;
If I pull, tighten, whiten, straighten, bleach all my far from pearly white, teeth, to brighten my smile-
Then have I found beauty? Now am I perfect?
.
You know they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but is it really my beauty when I’m told what to behold?
.
So, please, tell me. What do you know about beauty?
.
Oh, lost soul in search of Beauty. Let me tell you. Listen to these guiding lights.
.
Beauty is found in an idea, an art, a lesson, progression.
When we sing, shout, dance, mold, create.
It allows us to seek, find, wonder, decide
It inspires us to search for order and meaning; investigation of truth.
.
Beauty is the Nobility you feel inside when you open your mind; when you see the majesty and diversity in the stars and the flowers; when you enjoy the fruits of your creative showers.
.
Beauty is found in your expression, your question, suggestion. Your confession: I am a beautiful soul
.
Beauty is what your soul yearns for, burns for, concerns for.
Beauty is the Creator.
.
Beauty is my Creator. The one Greater and Greater than all this.
The one who puts light in darkness
Who challenges my inner thought process
Beauty’s what’s inside of me.
What inspires me to be brighter
Than before.
.
Beauty is guidance, reliance, providence
Beauty is all things intimate, intricate, legitimate — my greatest fulfillment.
Beauty is me, soaring on the wings of my soul into the infinite...

HOW WE ENJOY OUR DAY

How to Enjoy Life

There is no surefire way to happiness. Happiness is something that comes and goes, something that cannot be quantified, but is for the most part felt by every living person at one time or another.
Everyone enjoys life and finds happiness in different ways; however studies have shown that there are certain things people can do that raise levels of happiness. Many say that happiness can have no scientific measure, but the steps below may have some positive effects that help you enjoy life to the full!
1.   Think positively and remain calm.
2.   Stay healthy.
3.   Spend time with interesting people.
4.   Get a pet.
 5.  Reduce stress.
 6.  Find a hobby.
7.  Eat healthy.
 8. Learn new things.
 9. Engage people.

I made the point that it is your days that define your life. In this article, I want to challenge the common perception that it is only possible to enjoy your leisure time. In particular, this article is targeted at the professional stuck in the 9 to 5 grind who longs for the weekend and, in the process, has given up on trying to find pleasure in the ordinary experiences we have every day.

 Appreciate Beauty.

1. Appreciate Beauty. Each day we come across beauty in a number of shapes and forms. It’s a shame, then, that many people have become so accustomed to this beauty that it largely goes unappreciated. I suggest looking again at the people, plants, gadgets, and buildings (to name but a few examples) around you and taking a moment to appreciate what makes them so special.

 Connect With Nature

2. Connect With Nature. Nature is an amazing healer for the stresses and strains of modern life. Eating lunch in the park, attending to a vegetable garden in your backyard, or watching the sunset are just a few simple ideas for how you can enjoy the outdoors on a daily basis.
LAUGH

3. Laugh. E. E. Cummings once said “the most wasted of all days is one without laughter.” How very true. Never be too busy to laugh, or too serious to smile. Instead, surround yourself with fun people and don’t get caught up in your own sense of importance.

HAVE A SIMPLE PLEASURE

4. Have Simple Pleasures. A good cup of coffee when I first wake. Time spent playing with my 8 month old son. Cooking a nice meal in the evening. These may not seem terribly exciting, but they are some of the simple pleasures I enjoy in life. If you slow down for just a moment and take the time to appreciate these ordinary events, life becomes instantly more enjoyable.

Connect With People

5. Connect With People. In so many ways, it is our relationships with people that give us the most happiness in life. Perhaps, then, the best way to enjoy your work more is not to get a raise or a promotion, but rather to build rewarding relationships with your co-workers.

Learn

6. Learn. There is a strong link between learning and happiness. Given this, there is no excuse not to be stimulating your brain and learning something new each day. My favorite way to find time for learning is to make the most of the commute to and from work. Audiobooks and podcasts are great for this purpose.

Rethink Your Mornings and Evenings

Rethink Your Mornings and Evenings. Are the mornings a mad rush for you to get out the door? Do you switch off the TV at night and go straight to bed? I have personally experienced the profound benefits of establishing a routine in the morning and evening. For example, in the morning you may choose to wake an hour earlier and spend the time working on yourself, whether it be reading, writing or exercising. In the evening, consider spending some time just before bed reviewing your day or in meditation.

 Celebrate Your Successes.

8. Celebrate Your Successes. During a normal day we are sure to have some minor successes. Perhaps you have successfully dealt with a difficult customer, made a sale, or received a nice compliment for your work. These aren’t events worth throwing a party for, but why not take a moment to celebrate your success? Share the experience with someone else, reward yourself with a nice lunch, or just give yourself a mental pat on the back.
