DREAM
SOME VEIWS ABOUT DREAMS
The dreams that you hold for your future are what you dream about at night. Theyre always at the back of your mind. Theyre what your heart desires. They keep you going. Accept reality and have a backup plan, but always follow your dreams no matter what.
The things I dream about, usually come true, could this mean anything?
- If you can imagine it you can create it. If you can dream it, you can become it.
- The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.
- If you don't have a dream, how are you going to make a dream come true?
- Hope is not a dream but a way of making dreams become reality.
- If a little dreaming is dangerous, the cure for it is not to dream less but to dream more, to dream all the time.
- A dream is your creative vision for your life in the future. You must break out of your current comfort zone and become comfortable with the unfamiliar and the unknown
.
- If you want to make your dreams come true, the first thing you have to do is wake up.
- Oft morning dreams presage approaching fate, For morning dreams, as poets tell, are true.
- Dreams are renewable. No matter what our age or condition, there are still untapped possibilities within us and new beauty waiting to be born.
- Dreams are illustrations... from the book your soul is writing about you.
HAVE A NUCE DAY ENJOY ALL DREAM..

HAND CARE TIPS...
HAND CARE TIPS
It is fact that hands reveals the age more than face do. The skin on the back of the hand is extremely thin and sensitive and there’s even a subcutaneous layer of fat to support it. Whereas the skin on the palm is thick and tough. The palm has no sebaceous glands and thus no natural lubrication, so the skin is dry and can be rough. You can face wrinkle problem on hands quite quickly, especially beautiful, long, thin and soft hands become older look early as compare to hard hands. So you need to make them young as early as possible with proper care of your hands.
DAILY CARE
Your hands are daily exposed to many external influences (sun, cold, soap, etc.). Therefore, use a hand cream every day. Always rinse your hands immediately well after you’ve worked with detergents, dry them and coat them with a nourishing hand cream.
CLAMMY HAND
Everyone has suffered from damp, sweaty hands, for example, if you’re nervous. That in itself is not so bad, because it usually disappears quickly. But if this is often the case with you, wash your hands frequently with cold water and then coat them with a neutral oil skin containing a few drops of essential oils of menthol, mint or thyme.
PROPER REST
Your hands contain a large number of small parts: muscles, joints and nerves. When you’re working intensely with your hands, for example, the computer puts a lot of press on hand. Take regular rest and relax your hands as much as possible
FEW TIPS
- The skin on your hand is thin and delicate; therefore take special care of them.
- Moisturize your hands at least four times a day.
- Use your face exfoliator on your hands once a week.
- Once a week apply your face cream on to your hands before you go to bed.
- For dry hands after washing your hands with soap, wet them again. Pour salt on your hands and then scrub them under water. Dry hands and apply moisturizer on them.
- For greasy hands, after washing your hands rub cornmeal on them.
- Wear rubber gloves while working at home and in the garden.
- Protect and prevent your hands from aging and abuse.
- Protect your hands from the ravages of changing weather.
- Protect your hands while working in the sun.
- The best way to take care of your hands is to protect them on a daily basis.
NAIL CARE
Your nails form a very important part of your hands and they too need to be well taken care of. Well-kept hands, with neat, clean and healthy nails, are a pleasure to behold. On the other hand, dirty and poorly kept nails will make your hands look ugly, even though the latter are healthy and well cared for. In other words, we can say that for your hands to look beautiful, your nails need to be strong and healthy. For the purpose, you need to undertake certain steps, such as cleaning your nails on a regular basis, treating the cuticles properly and keeping the nails well moisturized. Go through the hand nail care tips given below and know more on keeping you nails well nurtured and full of healthy shine.
NAIL CARE TIPS
- To harden soft nails, soak them in warm olive oil for about 20 minutes, on alternate days.
- To remove stains from your nails, mix one tablespoon of lemon juice in a cup of water and soak your nails in this liquid for a few minutes. Then, wash off with warm water and apply a hand moisturizer.
- It is not a good idea to remove the cuticles from your nails, as it will make the nail susceptible to infection. Rather, you should make use of good quality cuticle oil and gently push back the cuticles, with the help of an orangewood stick.
- Try to stay away from acetone polish removers as much as you can and stick to the one that make use of acetate. Still, try not to use a polish remover more than once a week.
- In case you wear nail polish, make sure to give your nails a break from time to time. In other words leave them without polish for a few days, every now and then. Otherwise, they will develop an ugly, yellow tint.
- If you want to give a natural sheen to your nails, just like the colorless base coat, rub petroleum jelly on your nails and then buff them, with the help of a soft cloth.
- If you have brittle nails or split or dull nails, then increasing your consumption of Organic Silica, Vitamin B (especially B5) and MSM (Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane) will surely help.
- Never ever resort to nail biting, as it is extremely destructive for the nails as well as the cuticles. If you are in the habit of biting your nails, drop it as soon as possible.
- Whenever you wash your hands, while bathing as well as otherwise, make sure to dry the nails properly and apply a hand cream or lotion, using it on the nails as well. This is because soap makes the nails dry and brittle.
- The best time to file your nails is when you are already wearing a polish. This will prevent splitting or breaking of nails.
- If you have brittle nails, it is advisable to wear a nail polish, or at least the colorless base coat, as much as you can.
SOME NAIL ART DESIGN
Do you love nail art, but find yourself unable to do the really intricate designs yourself, especially on your non-dominant hand? I've got just the technique for you...
It's simple to do, and just takes a few things you probably already have.
Supplies:
color laser prints
scissors
nail polish remover
a fluffy paintbrush
white nail polish
clear top coat
Steps:
1. Print out your designs.
These can be digital scrapbook paper, custom designs you made yourself, or clip art you've downloaded off the internet. Just make sure it's a good size to fit onto your nails. You can print a sample copy to see if the images are the size you want. Be sure if there's text that you print a mirror image, because this will be reversed once it's on your nail.
Note: You must use a laser print for this- inkjet prints won't work.
2. Paint your nails white.
Because printers don't use white ink, you'll have to start with either a white nail or a very light-colored nail. This way, your colors will be as true as possible.
3. Cut out your designs.
This is simple enough... cut out the design from the page you printed. You can leave room around it, which makes for easier cutting and for easier application.
4. Transfer the image.
Once your nail polish is totally dry, wet the back side of the print with nail polish remover using your paintbrush. Then press the paper printed side down and press firmly onto your nail. Resaturate with polish remover a few times and press down. Make sure to press the edges as well.
5. Lift off the paper.
I saturate the paper one more time with remover, then lift one edge gently and pull the paper off. This will leave the toner from the print embedded in your nail polish. There will also be some paper, but we'll remove it in a few.
6. Let your nail dry again.
This doesn't last too long, but it ensures that your transfer won't smudge when you remove the paper.
7. Remove the paper from your nail.
I like to use something a bit abrasive like a cotton ball. Wet the cotton ball, then rub the surface of the nail to remove the paper fibers that are on top of the transfer. Once the nail is smooth and as paper-free as you can make it, dry it gently.
8. Apply top coat.
Once your nail is dry again, apply a coat or two of your favorite top coat (I like Seche Vite or ProFX). Be gentle with the first coat of topcoat, because you can smear the transfer. Try to only go over each part of the nail once.
HAND MESSAGE
Every night, before bedtime, massage your hands with a cream for a few minutes.
For a rough skin, apply excessive cream and sleep with cotton gloves. Also, do hand exercise at least 5 to 6 times a day, the hand exercises can help to keep them flexible and improve circulation.

SKIN CARE
Paint Thinner in your Makeup Remover?
Washing your face and getting that last layer of makeup off is something you do every day… but there may be a hidden cost to this nightly ritual.
Truth is, many of these beauty products you use to remove makeup and dirt are full of alcohol and chemicals that act like paint thinner.
These chemicals hide behind scientific names like “ethoxylated alcohol” and “butylated hydroxtoluene.” They’re hard to pronounce and even harder to figure out why they should be there at all.
Because what they can do is cause redness, burning and dry spots – the same effect you get with corrosive solvents like paint thinner.
Is Your Face Cream Lazy?
I used to waste a lot of money on over-the-counter lotions, serums and creams thinking they would transform my skin.
But after enough trial and error, I realized they weren’t doing much of anything.
Now I know why…
You see, your skin normally holds 10 to 20 percent water. But as you age, that number can drop below 10 percent. And without enough moisture, your skin becomes loose, dry and wrinkled… adding years to your age.
Stop Washing Your Face
In spite of your best efforts, your skin gets a little drier every year. You may see lines and wrinkles forming. And your skin might not be as soft and smooth as it used to be.
You do everything the experts say you should. You cleanse your skin… apply toner… moisturize. But it just isn’t enough to reduce the appearance of aging.
In my opinion, all that cleansing, toning and moisturizing may be accelerating the effects of aging. Because most “beauty products” aren’t good for your skin. They’re loaded with harsh chemicals.
But now thousands of women around the world are raving about their new, more youthful look. They’ve discovered the secret to smoother, younger-looking skin. A secret so powerful, in just weeks, it has them saying, “I don’t see so many wrinkles!”
Aging Vegetable Compound Protects Your Skin
If you love staying out in the sunshine but worry when that tan turns into a burn, there’s a groundbreaking study you should know about. It blows another hole in the modern medical myth that sunshine’s bad for you – and that sunscreens full of toxic chemicals are your best and only defense.
There’s no question that if you get sunburns often, you’re risking lasting damage to your skin, including melanoma, the most dangerous kind of skin cancer. But it turns out that Nature’s got a weapon against sunburn that may outperform any sunscreen on the market. It halts the processes that lead to sunburn by nearly 80 percent.1 And unlike the commercial skin care products, it’s completely safe and natural.
The Purest Way to Wash Your Face
Washing your face and getting that last layer of makeup off is something you do every day… but there may be a hidden cost to this nightly ritual.

Which Foods Give You a Beautiful Smile?
- Smiles improve your appearance. Charles Gordy once quipped: "A smile is an inexpensive way to change your looks". All you need to do is think about how you feel about a person who is frowning and a person who is smiling – who tends to be the better looking?
- Smiles make things right again and say much more than words can. If you've goofed, said something less than complimentary, feel lost or alone, or feel down, a smile can restore the balance. It lets other people know that you're prepared to be open with them, and that you're willingly agreeing to make amends where needed.
- Smiles create trust and rapport. A smile is a great way of establishing mutual feelings of being on the same level as others, whether that is one-to-one or in front of a group giving a presentation. It says "I'm OK, you're OK, and we're all going to enjoy one another's company."
- Smiles make you feel good. Even if you're feeling a little blue, insert happy thoughts into your mind and just add that smile. It will trick your mind into feeling better, as endorphins are released to reduce physical or emotional stress.Smiles make other people feel good. An open-mouthed smile is visible from further away than a frown, offering people reassurance that you're friendly. And it makes people feel better to see a smile, from afar or close-up.
- Wrinkles are better when they're smile lines rather than frown lines. Mark Twain said: "Wrinkles should merely indicate where smiles have been"; viewed this way, smiles are an indication of your overall character, which becomes more and more outwardly telling as you age!
- Smiling is a good long-term predictor of happier life outcomes. It's correlated with health, happiness, friends, success, and a longer life.

10 Beauty Tips For Eyes
The eyes are the part of
the face we notice first. This is why it's important to make sure that your eyes
look their best when attending to your makeup and care routine. Following are
some great beauty tips for your eyes, no matter who you are.
1. Healthy eyes are beautiful eyes. If your eyes are swollen, red, or otherwise unhealthy, no amount of makeup is going to disguise this fact. If you wear contact lenses, make sure that you attend to all the care instructions for them. Also, protect your eyes by using cosmetics with sunscreen included.
2. When putting on eye makeup, make sure it goes with the rest of your look. Too many women forget that while the eyes are important, they must be in harmony with the rest of the face. Choose eye makeup that goes with what you're wearing, and with the look you choose on the rest of your face. Don't let your features go to war with each other to be the most prominent – you'll have to choose whether you want the focus to be on your lips or eyes, for instance. Overdoing it can just look garish.
3. Lay a good base. A layer of foundation on your eyelids will help smooth out imperfections and help your eye shadow and liner look their best.
4. Choose a color theme. This doesn't meant that you have to use a monochrome scheme for your eye makeup, but it does mean that it's a good idea to keep an idea of color harmony in mind as you apply your makeup. The colors that will work best for you depend on your skin tone.
5. Pay attention to your eye shape. What works on one person won't necessarily look good on another. Figuring out what shape and set your eyes are can go a long way to helping you get the right look.
6. Select quality cosmetics. It really matters whether or not your makeup is high quality. Don't let your tools work against you just because you can get a cheaper brand. You'll never achieve the same looks you can with a better brand.
7. Use specialized cleansers to remove your makeup. Soap and water are harsh and can irritate the eyes. Specially formulated eye cleansers are gentle, but made to remove old cosmetics.
8. Use darker, more heavily made up looks at night. Daytime requires a more natural look. Apply mascara on the tips of the lashes only, and save the liquid liner for evenings. Harsh makeup in daylight can look overdone or silly.
9. Soften over-prominent eyes. Just because the eyes are the first thing we pay attention to doesn't meant that they must be the focus of every look. If you feel that your eyes are too prominent, apply medium shadow and don't use highlights. This will make them appear deeper-set.
10. Keep up to date on the latest looks. If you've been doing your eyes the same way for years, you can look dated without knowing it. Pay attention to what other people are wearing as well as the latest makeup styles, and form a look that's your own.
Have a Nice Day.......
